Before a unit can be offered to the waiting list, the following original documents must be provided to the main office at 431 Vance Street NW, Lenoir, NC 28645:
Birth Certificate(s) and Social Security Card(s) for all member(s) in the household.
Photo ID for all members over the age of 18.
Source(s) of income; SSI and SS award letters, 3 check stubs, child support, and alimony.
